Richard S Schulman
Prior to 2000, Rich Schulman was Associate General Counsel for the National Credit Union Administration responsible for the agency's regulatory program as well as a trial attorney involved in many troubled credit union cases. Prior to his eleven years with the NCUA, Rich was a Captain in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps serving as a criminal prosecutor in Texas, Korea and the Arlington, Virginia.
