Adam C. Carter
Adam Carter has represented corporations and individuals in state and federal courts for over 15 years in the defense of complex tort and commercial litigation, including product liability, aviation litigation, construction litigation, catastrophic loss, professional liability, premises liability, and breach of contract cases.
He is currently an elected member of the Board of Directors of the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel and serves on the IDC Civil Practice Committee and Legislative Committee.
