Jeffrey S. Barger
Jeffrey S. Barger has extensive experience in the areas of construction litigation, commercial litigation, and insurance coverage litigation. Leading Lawyers Magazine, a division of Law Bulletin Media, has named Mr. Barger as one of the top 100 lawyers in the State of Illinois in the area of construction law. Mr. Barger graduated with Honors from the University of Illinois Urbana- Champaign, where he majored in Political Science and minored in Economics. Mr. Barger received his Juris Doctor Degree from Chicago- Kent College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Barger served as President of the Christian Legal Society.
Mr. Barger is married to Fulbright Scholar and Wheaton College Assistant Professor, Dr. R. Pam Barger. Mr. Barger has served as an elected Republican Precinct Committeeman in Milton Township 15.
